Where is your studio located?

We're located at 1205 Manhattan Ave, STE 1-4-6A, Floor #4, Brooklyn, NY 11222 — inside the Greenpoint Manufacturing and Design Center. We're open Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.

Do you ship outside of NYC?

Yes. While most of our clients are in the NYC metro area, we ship completed orders anywhere in the United States.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG files. Vector formats (AI, EPS) produce the best embroidery results. If you only have a low-resolution file, our digitizers can work with it.
